Ireland, here we come!

A quick update before I sign off for a week or so! I am photographing my first international wedding this weekend (in Ireland!), so I won't have regular cell phone access. I will be checking emails as often as I can, though, so if you're waiting to hear from me, know that I'm totally not ignoring you... I'm just wireless-less.

Late Summer Berry Parfaits
1 large tub of plain Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 pkg. fresh blueberries
1 pkg. fresh raspberries
1 pkg. fresh blackberries
1 1/2 crunchy granola bars

Mix the honey with the yogurt and layer! Serve immediately.
A fun, healthy dessert that looks pretty too. It doesn't get much better than that, baby. :)
